Hi, I’m Megan!

Photography has always been part of me — long before digital cameras, I was rolling film in my father’s Pentax K1000, learning that light and composition matter as much as patience. The quiet of the darkroom and the moment a photo appears on paper felt like a kind of magic.

My transition to digital photography came when I invested in my first DSLR and dove into Lightroom and Photoshop. Since then, I’ve explored a wide range of visual storytelling: from food photography for a cooking blog in the foothills of Montana, to family portraits on beaches in Florida, and now capturing moments here in Texas.

Over the years, life has taken me across places and projects, and I’ve refined a style grounded in authenticity, light, and emotion. Whether you’re looking for timeless portraits, lifestyle sessions, or meaningful family memories, I bring dedication, care, and a creative eye to every shoot.

Outside of photography, I love being an equestrian, baking, and training for long runs (yes, ultramarathons are sometimes in the mix!). I’m also an adventurer at heart — road trips, backpacking, and exploring new places always excite me.
